Baby! Let me tell you this place is not it ... I brought my daughter here to have her mouth looked at in regards to pain. Yes, I made an appointment and yes I verified insurance. When I spoke to the front counter prior to coming to also clean her teeth because she had a appointment scheduled a few days later. They confirmed it wouldn't be an issue . The staff was extremely friendly, and helped my very shy child be comfortable throughout the process. They communicated all treatments necessary and didnt rush any decision making. The environment is very clean and id definitely come back here (but hopefully we dont need to aha).
I came here twice. One time for my oldest and they were closed at the time of appointment so we waited for them to open and attend to us. The second time I tried giving them another chance and take my youngest. I got there and told me I arrived on the wrong date. I proceed to show my email verification date and said their online system and their system weren't working together. Gave me a card to call and change my date. *** I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE *** If I can give this place -5 stars I would! I brought my daughter here for the first time and the moment I walked in I knew I made the wrong choice. The office did not smell clean AT ALL, it smelled musty! But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. Getting walked in just after checking in, the receptionist/assistant proceeds to walk my daughter and I to the chair (that seems like it hasn’t been wiped down in months and had a huge gash on the side.) All of the staff is super nice! The last visit the music was louder than normal. It was good music but the staff could not hear each other very well. I have been coming here for 15 months and I have never had an issue
