The office did not smell clean AT ALL, it smelled musty! But I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I really am thankful for the Dentists here. My son is a disabled adult who is deaf and nonverbal adult, they really listen to me, as his Momma , that's very important to me. All the staff is very professional, kind, caring empathetic and compassionate when it comes to his care. They allow me to assist with my son, so they can give him the very best care. This place is completely awesome if you have mentally challenged special needs kids with autism nonverbal or anything of that nature. this is the place you want to take them they are professional and they are quick and they are precise usually my son has behaviors anytime we go to a facility he had none his whole appointment both my kids actually walk out of here smiling which never happens .... so far no appointment has been like that in the last eight years.
My 3yr old son had his first dental appointment here . . . I personally would never bring my kid here again the staff at the front desk was rude my child has a disability and he was in a unfamiliar environment no one took the time to talk to me or my child the Dr didn’t even have time to speak with me rushed us out extremely fast. Then made unnecessary appointments for a 3yr old . When i tried to speak with the Dr he wouldn’t talk to me . They sent a referral out and labeled my 3yr old son aggressive. The staff here are amazing, they work very well with the children. My 2 kiddos are Autistic and my other is scared of office visits, but all 3 were very comfortable. Thank you for your wonderful patience
