Man this location is always hit or miss but they did me so wrong for dinner tonight lol the most simple order. Rice. Beans. Cheese. Gave me a lot of rice not enough beans. Also ordered the guacamole and chips they gave me two side orders of old guac. 🤢
Head cashier was. Nowhere near the cash register I waited about 10 minutes in the line she was in the back conversation about her weekend with her coworker and I waited 10 minutes to get checked out. I was behind someone else also restaurant was dirty these shift did horrible they need new training
I’m very disappointed in the General Manager of this location. Everything was going well until this manager made her own employee cry in front of other customers . That is very unacceptable as the General Manager you should never make anyone cry much less an employee. My wife and I will reach out to corporate and make a proper complain. My wife and I WERE regular guest but after this incident we will NOT come back. If management reads this DO BETTER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AND COMPANY YOU SO MUCH “CARE” FOR.
Sadly, this store appears to be consistently mismanaged. My family and I eat here about once a week, and unfortunately the experience never seems to improve. Almost every visit, there are several employees standing in the hallway near the kitchen chatting while only one person is up front trying to help customers. Service was great and prompt today. However I found pieces of undercooked chicken. It was disgusting and Im concerned that I ate some and hope that I don't get sick.
