Dr. Pagnani is outstanding. He is patient and provides detailed information about medications, whenever I have questions. "Medications aren't supposed to change who you are", is what he told me. And that's what I see that's really different about him. It's not a one sized fits all approach. His goal is to help you find the medication that lightens the issue, without changing who you are. There are cheaper options, but I'd never even consider it after my experience with him. He is the best of the best.
Had an awful experience with Dr. Christopher Pagnani. Dr. Pagnani put me on medication after medication, charging astronomical prices and sometimes even trying to see me for 2 sessions a week when medication changes could not be made. He also did not look at my charts prior to appointments. All appointments were only 20 minutes and done virtually, with no option to be seen in person. Very poor experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Dr Pagnani was a fantastic supervisor and clinical instructor during my training and he continues to be an excellent mentor to me and my colleagues. I’ve recommended him and his practice to many people and will do so as long as I am lucky to know him.

Dr. Pagnani is all of the things one looks for in a medical professional and mental healthcare provider - he is incredibly intelligent, compassionate, and discrete. Having worked with him on and off for a couple of years now, I have to say there is something a bit different about him.
