I'm deeply grateful for the support Christina Shepherd provides. She takes time to listen in a way that makes me feel comfortable and understood, never rush appointments, and explain things in a way that makes sense without being overwhelming. I've always felt like she genuinely cares about my progress and understanding what is a good direction for me. If you are looking for a compassionate, easy to talk to, and invested in your well-being, I would highly recommend Christina Shepherd.

Christina is a wonderful therapist, she listens and hears what you’re saying she makes you feel comfortable to talk about your feelings she also will not stop until you have the right medication, I highly recommend Christina she is wonderful.

I really enjoy my phycologist Dr. Christina Shephard. She listens and helps me. She wants me to do better. It's a nice thing after dealing with so many Dr offices.
