When I decided to seek clarity about my mental health, I was nervous, but Christina has been by my side every step of the way. She has made this journey both incredible and eye-opening, and for that I am extremely grateful. She is kind, caring, communicative, and a great listener. She truly shows up for you and works alongside you to create and ensure a plan that best fits your individual needs. Christina is absolutely wonderful, and I would not be where I am today without her.

I'm deeply grateful for the support Christina Shepherd provides. She takes time to listen in a way that makes me feel comfortable and understood, never rush appointments, and explain things in a way that makes sense without being overwhelming. I've always felt like she genuinely cares about my progress and understanding what is a good direction for me. My first time seeing a psychiatrist. Christina Shepard is very knowledgeable, she asks questions to see what might be going on with you and gives great examples/scenarios to see which you can relate to to try and help you. I took the 1st in person appointment available at Lifestance and I'm happy I ended up with her to help me. Thank you.
