We love Dr. Urena… she is excellent, sweet with the kids but unfortunately so hard to see her. I have been scheduling several appointments with her and when I get to Pediatrics associates office they change to a Nurse.
we spent an hour just in the waiting room where the ac wasn’t working and my 9month old baby is in helmet therapy, so she was sweating really badly. Upon asking the staff what is going on and how much longer will we have to wait, the answer was just that the doctor is a bit behind(at that point we were the only ones in the waiting room, everyone who came after us, was already called to the back) Sure enough, there was a nice breeze coming out of the nurses area. It was a pleasant surprise since the first time that i took my daughter at Pediatrics Associates, Dr Christina Ureña is the best! We love her, and all the staff! I highly recommend !!
The actual appointment for what we went in for was great. Dr. Urena was very detailed in examining what I was concerned about im regards to my son. We arrived a couple minutes early and waited about 20 minutes just to check in. And over an hour later was it that we were seen by the doctor. Far too long of a wait with a 2 year old. He was miserable by the time it was for him to be seen.
All 3 of my kidssee Dr. Christina Urena at Pediatric Associates. She is amazing, very attentive,kind, understanding, and patient. Always ask if she could be of any assistance with anything and makes great recommendations. There is no other doctor I would want my kids to see. Thanks so much Dr.Urena you are truly the best.!!
