Got all four of my wisdom teeth removed back in September and I have healed beautifully. The process was extremely straightforward. I had a lot of anxiety initially because I've never had a surgery (never been under anesthesia or anything similar), but after asking questions and talking with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I felt so much more confident about it all. Would definitely recommend.
**BEWARE** before scheduling a surgery with this office. We paid for a consultation, given an estimate and was told our insurance would cover a portion of the wisdom tooth removal. We agreed to the price and went forward with the surgery. After the surgery was over the office added on additional costs saying it was more complicated and took longer than expected. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Coke and it was a great experience. I avoided getting the procedure done for years due my anxiety of dental procedures. Dr. Coke and her team answered all of my questions at my consultation and was very transparent about the procedure and the cost. The procedure itself went so smooth I couldn't believe I didn't get it done sooner. The wait the day of the procedure was minimal and I was called back and set up by her assistants. Dr. Coke and her staff are phenomenal! They were able to help me with my wisdom teeth very quickly and showed the utmost care and attention throughout the process. I would highly recommend their office to my loved ones!
Dr Coke is greedy. For insurance clients within network, when the claims are denied by insurance company, she doesn’t charge the negotiated rates but charges almost 5x the rates. E.g: for 15 min Anesthesia service negotiated rates with insurance Co is $99 but she will bill you $445 or $480. I advice the potential clients to negotiate the rates upfront or seek alternative providers also if you want to get treatment at reasonable rates.
