5 stars hands down ! no words can express how GREAT he is , I have bad anxiety to the point I started crying when he walked in put on gloves .. he slowly took them off , and put down all tools , and sat there talkin to me about other things to calm me down. we came up with a plan together on how to overcome and get the things that needed to be fixed done and he did absolutely no scolding no lectures , only solutions to all my problems and willingness to help. and he was able to include a great positive note when I left ! whi... read more
