It has been a blessing to have such an amazing group of people to work with. Mrs. Richards has been truly professional and so welcoming as we made it into our new home. Mrs Cynthia Richards was a pleasure working with. She greeted us with an enthusiastic demeanor and shared a warm welcome to myself and my son. After leaving an abusive relationship, I was scared to move out and to live on my own for the first time. But the staff and the community are great. When ever there's a problem they are quick to help fix it. I really enjoy living here.
I have been living here a little over a 1 year. To me is very peaceful have had no problems or issues with any neighbors or office staff. I love my place , very specious and affordable. I'm comfortable and close to family, shops, and church!
Ruuuuunnnnnnnnn!! If you can find better, please do so. They are nice until you move in. Once you move in, here comes this long list of things they note as a violation of the lease. The neighbors are extremely noisy and the walls are thin and I mean very thin! You can literally hear them talking if your home is quiet. Management is constantly changing which is a bad sign to being with. Save yourself the stress and headache of living here because they look for any and every reason to kick you out.
