Beautiful living community. The floor plan(inside apartment) is spacious and beautiful. Always quiet, clean, gorgeous landscaped.
I recently ask for maintenance to check out my dish washer for residual build-up. They only left a follow-up confirmation that there was a "grease" build-up. But I never put greasy dishes in the dish washer. ...Before that , I reported that my ice-maker in my refrigerator was not producing ice, but I never got any feedback or response. Churchill has been my home for the last 5 years.. Management has always been creative with community activities and have maintained the property to the highest standard.. Anytime a work order goes in its completed within a 24 hr period.. Very safe community with onsite Courtesy officer..I would highly recommend to anyone!!
These apartments are alot bigger than I expected. The complex was very clean and well manicured. There is a very large pool on the premises and it has a very nice large gate to help keep the Riff Raf out. This is also a government HUD approved Assisted living so the tenants can still get an approved with little to no down. I would highly recommend this place for everyone.
I personally have never lived on this property, but I have visited several friends over the years who lived there & 2 of them still do. 1 has been there over 13 yrs. Every time I was there it was well kept, very clean, quiet & really nice. Maintenance on the apartments seems to be done in a timely manner inside & outside. If I was ever in a situation where I needed to live in an apartment? I would definitely check into living here.
