Hi, I recently joined this gym and I’ve really been enjoying it so far. However, I wanted to share some feedback. The bathrooms are often quite dirty and have a strong urine smell. I believe improving the cleaning and hygiene in that area would make a big difference for all members. I would also like to suggest a policy about not allowing people to wear sunglasses inside the gym. The gym has every single thing you need to help you reach your physical goals. I was happy to see the area dedicated to people that include boxing or MMA into their workout routine.
I came to this gym using a free trial I was offered seeking for an alternative option to planet fitness given that my husband and I are bodybuilders. I was very excited BUT ....as soon as I walked in kindly asked one of the employees at the front desk to indicate me how the equipment was distributed. The gym is pretty decent—clean and with friendly staff. However, they should encourage gym members to wear appropriate workout clothing and proper shoes in the weight and machine areas. I understand removing shoes for yoga classes, but I often see people wearing pajamas, which is a bit off-putting.
The owner says that “ By adding this extra space, we aimed to provide a more private and less congested space for members to achieve their fitness goals,” in relation to the lift lab being added to this location. However, all of the people paying the premium to use it shouldn’t be because it is open to all members and has been since December.
