This gym is good, but their employee, Evan, is a saint. I lost my AirPod and he literally took apart a treadmill to help me find it. A+++++ customer service. Thank you, Evan.

I joined this Chuze right when they opened and it has been a great gym while I've been staying here in Albuquerque. The staff are always very nice and welcoming upon arrival. The gym is super clean and has lots of variety of equipment for every fitness level. I did not go to any of the classes, so I cannot speak on those, but the one thing I would have liked to seen in the women's locker room would have been a couple wall-mounted hairdryers, and some shelving in the showers so that you don't have to put your soap bottles on ... read more

Clean, comfortable, well-spaced, friendly staff. The outdoor space is great. Only issue I have is kind of a big one-- the water filters on all fountain machines seem to be over expired (and have been since this location was a Crunch.). I just want to speak up for those of us who would rather have consistently updated water filters than water flavorings which are sold right next to the water fountains.

Went to this location because uptown was closed for upgrades and found it so different and lacking. Staff is nice and helpful but location seems to want to service a different clientel that did not meet my needs. The racks did not include landmines, where I do various exercises, and one the first things I look for in choosing a gym since moving. They had none. Water fountains were not ready to go. Hip sled was something I could not get in and out of easily even though they did have two. Other had the same issue with de... read more

Thank you for leaving us a review, David. We're thrilled to have our newest gym in Abq now open. We appreciate your honest feedback on the things you liked and where we can improve. Since this location is quite smaller than its sister gym, Winrock, it doesn't have all the bells and whistles as its counterparts, but we hope it still has all the necessities to give our members a great workout in a clean and friendly place. We thank you again for sharing your take. Kindly, Chuze Fitness
