I have a up and coming Oceania Cruise which requires travel visa's. Oceania works with VisaCentral to facilitate getting the travel visa's. Visa Central's website was very easy to use and they provided plenty of updates through the entire approval process which took a couple of days. I think they say it could take up to a week to be safe. I even had a question regarding the visa that was issue. I called the 800 number and was directed to a live person who was able to answer my question. I'm very happy with the service.
I was very impressed how fast the process was. And my CBIT agent was very engaged throughout and responsive. Letting me kniw every step of the way what was needed from me and what was to happen next and by when. Took a lot of stress out of a tight timeline to obtain a Visa.
I was exceptionally pleased with CIBT's service. When I initially began the process to renew my expiring passport, CIBT was not on my radar and I initiated the process with FedEx, which uses a third-party vendor. FedEx is a great company, but their password vendor was horrible. So I abandoned that, charged back their fee with my credit card company, and re-initiated the process with CIBT, and am so glad I did. They are fast, communicative, and easy to use.
