I would highly recommend this company for the issuance of Indian Visas. I was not having any success with the eVisa application, so I reached out to CIBTVISAS. The application was very easy to complete, being a PDF document. Uploading of passport and photos also easy. Although it is expensive ($500+ for 2 Visas, including Priority Service), to me it was well worth it as I was becoming very stressed by the eVisa process. The staff were most helpful too and replied promptly to my emails. I highly recommend using CIBTVISAS.
I was exceptionally pleased with CIBT's service. When I initially began the process to renew my expiring passport, CIBT was not on my radar and I initiated the process with FedEx, which uses a third-party vendor. FedEx is a great company, but their password vendor was horrible. So I abandoned that, charged back their fee with my credit card company, and re-initiated the process with CIBT, and am so glad I did. They are fast, communicative, and easy to use. CIBT visas are an efficient company , but without their help I could not have applied for my Indian visa. The reason is that we are CRUISING down the west coast of India calling in to a variety of ports , but clearly not staying in an hotel. If CIBT could have asked me at the very beginning if I was arriving in India by air or by sea then they would have facilitated my completion of the visa questions . Why is this ? Having wasted several hours on the Official Indian Gov. Visa website, gave up and used the services of CIBT. Yes you pay for the service but can't fault them. They reduced our stress levels and provided a faultless service. The one time we had to call they were courteous and helped immediately. Would use again.
Very easy to use and it worked perfectly. We had no issues at all. Called your customer service once about a problem with the website; our question was answered immediately and was totally correct.
