Absolutely awful. The initial photo requirements provided to me were incorrect. I had to retake the picture following the requirements provided to me in an email in broken English. After the second picture we take, I was told the picture is still not good enough as there is now yet an additional requirement that wasn't met. Also the facial expression was a neutral enough. This was absolutely ridiculous as I cannot make my face more neutral than neutral. My coworkers who applied directly through the country website received t... read more

The entire process was smooth and seamless for attaining an Chinese Visa in just under 1 week from the time of document submission. The CIBT team made the requirements clear and supported any questions I had a long the way. I did pay for the Premium Priority service, but to have the peace of mind and stress reduction of submitting everything correctly and getting my passport back 3 weeks before the trip instead of maybe a few days before was well worth the cost. I had used them multiple times from 2005 to 2008 with success a... read more

As a first time applicant for a Visa with a tight time frame (3 weeks) I found the process lacking pertinent information and less than responsive. The website opens with a prompt asking your destination, purpose and travel dates. You're then provided with a number of choices regarding visa options. It is unfortunate there is no guidance at this step. It would have been helpful to know the requirements & paperwork needed for each of the options and the approximate time frame it might take to get said items. There is some info... read more

First time I used CIBTvisas for getting a visa for Brazil. It was easy and fast. When I did something wrong, like in taking a picture, they let me know right away and I was able to correct. They kept me up-to-date in the whole process. Would definitely use again.

The fact is that the visa took almost a month with denials without any specific explanation on why it was being declined. I missed my trip even though the visa was requested over 21 days in advance. Contacting your office, sending new documentation, I had to figure out why was everything being declined. I have had Business and tourists visas for Brazil for over 30 years. I have never had a visa declined way when they were a requirement. I went out and got a new passport to match my pictures. I sent a copy of my new pass... read more
