I used VisaCentral for the first time and their service blew me away. I’m a lazy reviewer but can sum it up in a way many would understand: I got the same goody-goody feels like I get with prima Amex services. Good communication and follow-up from CIBT. Unfortunately they were not able to get me my Visa, still charged $60. I believe it was due to the quality of my passport scan. I never did send in another scan because of the additional resubmission charge of $30. I ended up filing through the British government's website for $27 and got my Visa 3 hours later, overall would have cost me the same amount to re-file through CIBT, but I did not want to wait.
Absolutely useless. When trying to upload a portrait image and passport photo onto their system, it kept rejecting it. I tried up to 10 times before it was accepted. My wife's visa came back 2 weeks before mine, even though they were sent at the same time, then when mine came back, my surname was spelt incorrectly. There is no phone number to call them and they don't respond to emails very punctually. I had to keep emailing them to ask where mine was.
