I was exceptionally pleased with CIBT's service. When I initially began the process to renew my expiring passport, CIBT was not on my radar and I initiated the process with FedEx, which uses a third-party vendor. FedEx is a great company, but their password vendor was horrible. So I abandoned that, charged back their fee with my credit card company, and re-initiated the process with CIBT, and am so glad I did. They are fast, communicative, and easy to use. My results were mixed. I used them for 4 Visas. As with most of services, it greatly depended on the agent. All delivered the desired results, but some taking long phone calls and some long time on the phone. Would I recommend using them? Absolutely. Just be prepared and have your patience at a high level.
Our cruise line linked us to the site because one of the countries requires a visa. The site has links for the various trips and will set you up with the correct and necessary ones. Their phone support for questions is very helpful and the emails keep you informed of progress. If you are not sure what or how to do it, this is the group to get you through!
While Visa Central (a CIBT company) was able to get the Visa i required, it was not a pleasant experience. The visa was prepaid by my cruise but the agents were not friendly nor helpful. In fact, one was very combative to the notion that I requested to have my visa before I boarded cruise. I was also kept on line for long stretches. Average service. I got conflicting information from different agents. Additionally the paperwork I was requested to send in failed to meet the passport service requirements and the passport agency reached out to me for additional information to be sent in. With all that being said I did receive my passport in a timely manner once I worked through the problems.
