The company I work for uses CIBT for visa requests. I recently needed to get a visa for travel and the process did not go smoothly. They use an online system that checks requirements for things like photos. Unfortunately, their system also automatically crops photos. I thought procuring a visa for China would be a long and difficult process. Our tour company recommended CIBT Visa Central, and I’m very glad they did. I was exceptionally pleased with CIBT's service. When I initially began the process to renew my expiring passport, CIBT was not on my radar and I initiated the process with FedEx, which uses a third-party vendor. FedEx is a great company, but their password vendor was horrible.
