CBIT Washington DC Office Corporate Visa Service With the Premium Service does excellent job at visa processing for Large global enterprise corporations. Our Global Company uses them for all business travel visa's for USA and service is excellent and takes the stress out of us as employees trying to figure it out for work travel. New Premium Service is great.
I was exceptionally pleased with CIBT's service. When I initially began the process to renew my expiring passport, CIBT was not on my radar and I initiated the process with FedEx, which uses a third-party vendor. FedEx is a great company, but their password vendor was horrible. Our cruise line linked us to the site because one of the countries requires a visa. The site has links for the various trips and will set you up with the correct and necessary ones. Their phone support for questions is very helpful and the emails keep you informed of progress. If you are not sure what or how to do it, this is the group to get you through!
Very easy to use and it worked perfectly. We had no issues at all. Called your customer service once about a problem with the website; our question was answered immediately and was totally correct. Our approved visa arrived in a very timely manner. Will definitely use this site and service for future visa needs.
My results were mixed. I used them for 4 Visas. As with most of services, it greatly depended on the agent. All delivered the desired results, but some taking long phone calls and some long time on the phone. Would I recommend using them? Absolutely. Just be prepared and have your patience at a high level.
