Very excellent service. Communication are great. My visa and my daughter visa is issued just in few days. All been done without hassle birocrates as I just doing it while enjoying my coffee at home. Absolutely five star deserves.
Great web interface which easily walks you through all the information needed for a visa. However, got charged an additional $25 without notice there was an upcharge for a multiple entry visa. Also three times couldn’t get through the telephone help line due to not recognizing my phone key entry and then not defaulting to a live person.

It was truly a pleasure using CIBTvisas for my Chinese Visa application for my USA passport. I found that my online application form was relatively easy to fill out, and only issue was having to print one page out to sign with pen and not using a service like Docusign for accepting digital signatures. Otherwise the process was very smooth and handled with priority and professionalism. Very happy that process was so quick and easy.
We decided last minute to take an extensive cruise this fall, but then discovered that our passports expired that week. As the cruise was only 2 months away, we chose to use CIBT's services to facilitate a timely passport renewal. My passport arrived yesterday, and I can now focus my attention on our upcoming trip!
