I have a up and coming Oceania Cruise which requires travel visa's. Oceania works with VisaCentral to facilitate getting the travel visa's. Visa Central's website was very easy to use and they provided plenty of updates through the entire approval process which took a couple of days. I think they say it could take up to a week to be safe. I even had a question regarding the visa that was issue. I called the 800 number and was directed to a live person who was able to answer my question. I'm very happy with the service.
I was assisted by Marija who was meticulous with the documents required. She was also very patient with the outstanding items from my side. She gave me good advice about travel insurance. Ultimately, I managed to submit my documentation successfully. I am thankful to her.
The company I work for uses CIBT for visa requests. I recently needed to get a visa for travel and the process did not go smoothly. They use an online system that checks requirements for things like photos. Unfortunately, their system also automatically crops photos.
