Look, buying a home is hard enough, but dealing with the mortgage/lending process can make it seem overwhelmingly difficult. I had a very challenging For Sale By Owner transaction. Cindy Smolin was extremely responsive throughout. She walked me through the entire process-including handling a major issue with the title company during closing. I highly recommend Cindy Smolin. If she can move such a problematic transaction forward so seamlessly she can do an “average” loan with her eyes closed.

Cindy and her team were excellent in helping with the loan process! I did a 30-day close, meaning her team had even less time to get me approved. They got everything they needed to get done in a timely and efficient manner. Because of their hard work, I was able to get my loan approved and ready for closing. I look forward to working with them in the future for refinancing opportunities.

Cindy was extremely helpful! She was able to help us close on our new home in a very short span of time. Cindy was always available to answer my questions over the phone or email. She really went above and beyond. I really liked how she broke down all the information as buying and selling a home can be very stressful. I appreciated all her assistance, quick responses, and professionalism through the process. I would highly recommend her!
