We walked in unsure of what to expect in choices and exhausted from daily visits to tile places. Ryan introduced himself and in less than an hour, we made choices for three bathrooms and our foyer. He was very patient and provided us options based on a very specific look we were hoping for, and walked us through finishing touches like drains, vents and grout as well. Thank you Ryan! We appreciate your help immensely in making the final decisions!!

Love the service and product we received from Ciot(Mississauga). Paola was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with as we chose tiles for our new build. She was always quick to reply to emails and answer any questions that I may have had. She was a pleasure to work with!

We were referred to Paola at Ciot Mississauga for the tiles for building our new home. Paola was phenomenal! Loved her recommendations. Of all the things we had to buy for our house, the tiles were the easiest thanks to Paola.
