They always answered their phone when I called and were always so helpful. They answered millions of my questions and provided so much information about the history of the building when I was preparing to buy a condo. After moving in, they responded to requests and had it resolved within 24-48 hours. My condo building sadly changed HOA companies, and the same request that Circle Point Homes was able to resolve within 1-2 days (adding my name to the call box) has taken over 5 weeks with the new company to add my partners name... read more
Got the problem, payment, fixed. I don’t have really good information on what they do; just that they do the finances for our HOA and collect our payments. We've been using Circle Point for about 2.5 years now and they have exceeded our expectations. First: the best monthly residential Property Mgmt rate we've ever seen. Second: they truly take care of everything end-to-end...finding new tenants, making repairs, collecting rent, keeping your home well maintained, etc. We feel very comfortable having our rental home in their hands. Nick is super responsive, so we never feel we have to chase for answers. Highly recommend for your property management needs!
I have been with Circle Point for over 13 years. Their service is outstanding. Nick is great at communicating and have been upfront and honest with me. No other company I would entrust my rentals with. I highly recommend them.
