We have availed the services of Circle Point since 2012 in managing our properties. They have managed our properties since then and it has been more than 13 years. Times did fly now that I think of it. Their services have been excellent. They have been able to get tenants almost all the time during this tenure, and they have ensured the tenants kept the property reasonable clean and in working condition. I have been with Circle Point for over 13 years. Their service is outstanding. Nick is great at communicating and have been upfront and honest with me. No other company I would entrust my rentals with. I highly recommend them.
As an owner of property for rent that Circle Point Homes manages, I am impressed with their performance of services: setting up the rental contracts, screening of renters, and maintenance of the building and grounds. Their property management is a great value.
Circle Point Homes manages my 7-Unit HOA complex and they are terrible. The people who work there are ok, but the owner / manager is the worst. Definitely look for HOA management services with a more professional modern and mainstream company.
Say NO!! I bought into my complex 3 years ago and by a few months in - I was behind on HOA dues because he never reached to tell me how to pay. I had to ask another owner. 2 years in - there was never a Owner/Board meeting. I had to email aggressively to ask for one. (Yes, we were in pandemic BUT Zoom). When we finally had a meeting, I asked for a vote to have a new Board. I got voted President. Getting more access and asking more questions showed Thomas's terrible communication and management.
