Got the problem, payment, fixed. I don’t have really good information on what they do; just that they do the finances for our HOA and collect our payments. It feels expensive but I don’t have a lot of experience with this. Do your research and ask lots of questions. Sometimes one needs to try a company, figure out what questions arise, then look around for other businesses that do the same work and then choose another company to work with. We've been using Circle Point for about 2.5 years now and they have exceeded our expectations. First: the best monthly residential Property Mgmt rate we've ever seen. Second: they truly take care of everything end-to-end...finding new tenants, making repairs, collecting rent, keeping your home well maintained, etc. We feel very comfortable having our rental home in their hands. Nick is super responsive, so we never feel we have to chase for answers. Highly recommend for your property management needs!
