I originally started banking with Citadel because of their excellent rates. What I found out instantly was their customer service is the best I have experienced. I have never had a bad experience with any of their representatives. This week I had some banking needs requiring a wire. A young man named , Isaac Goad, helped me accomplish my goal. This credit union only gets a one star review because they are all nasty people that works there, I missed a payment, it was couple of days late, I totally forgot and I had multiple loans with them over ten years period and the message was nasty like I was late for months, you don’t get a payment reminder message, you get that type of message like they taking you to court and when you call them they treat you like garbage, they don’t even want hear your apology. Citadel is extremely skectchy for a “credit union”. They act as a bank, and will pull the credit union title when convenient for them Have been using them for years, referred a family member to them last year and was set to receive a $50 visa gift card as a bonus. They mailed the original gift card in May of 2026, and the card was only set to be active for THIRTY DAYS, from 5/1-5/31, and expires after I have never heard of a Visa gift card only good for 30 days. Our personal and business accounts at Citadel have been handled with great personal care by the employees in Paoli and West Chester!!! Highly rated customer service.
Awful. CDMatures today. Tried calling West Chester branch number, transferred to main call center instead. They won’t help roll it over; and won’t transfer me to West Chester Branch, without acct.info. Apparently every call goes through main call center. Too bad, they are losing out on a 6 figure roll over. Now I am withdrawing instead.
