Can't say how thankful I am for this Citadel and it's team, every time I have been in here trying to get help with something taken care of the team members have always been extremely helpful and thorough. Was greeted and taken right away by Lydia. Got the bank check that I needed to pay a subcontractor, and was on my way in 5 minutes. It is nice to interact with them. Pleasant and helpful.
I ‘ve always encountered the best staff at this credit union. Due to deposit issues with my PSECU, I needed to open new accounts at a bank with a traditional branch. I opened checking accounts at Citadel CU, PNC, and BoA. I noticed traditional banks have very grumpy staff as if being grumpy was a requirement to work in a bank branch! Already stopped doing business with B of America years ago as a result of the grumpiest tellers. PNC is hit or miss, mostly grumpy staff, but you may get nicer staff as well. I am so glad that I switched many of my financial accounts to Citadel. It was the support of Scott, Brian, and Sarah, who made me feel so confident in my decision. Scott answered all of my questions, was patient when I was confused with anything, and went out of his way to get a deadline completed for me before the holidays.
