I have been a customer of Citadel for a long time. This is the only branch I have been, to where the drive-thru atm has so many problems. It seems like every time I go I can't deposit money or take out money. I never have these problems at any of the Citadel locations I go to except this one. I go to a lot of Citadel branches in my travels for example Parkesburg, South Coatesville, Thorndale, Landsdale, West Chester, Montgomeryville, Paoli, Harleysville etc., and have never had a problem. It's very frustrating.
This branch is very unhelpful, the banking specialist Dee was speaking to me like I was a child. Never stepping foot into this branch location again. Almost made me want to close my account and go elsewhere. I will only go to the west Chester branch from now on.
I'm an ATM technician and Citadel is one of my company's customers. I've been servicing their branches for over 7 months and today was the day that I opened a Checking and Savings account. The people are fantastic and Citadel is forward thinking on cutting edge ATM technology. I've never thought that I would actually want to step foot inside a bank for business purposes but because of the streamline nature of how their credit union is run I now feel happy walking into this credit union. I been banking with citadel for 2 Years now, and i have had the best experience banking with citadel than any other bank i have with. Every Teller that i had talked with have been great!!! Brandon Clayton does an awesome job and helps me out a lot when i come to the Branco. 5 Stars all day!!!!!
This branch has been nothing short of Awesome since I joined the bank. Nicholas D. Is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helps me get in and out in a timely manner. I greatly appreciate their generosity and professionalism and look forward to many years to come with Audubon Citadel
