i came in here about 8 years ago for a car loan and was literally yelled out of the building by some boomer. i'm worth quite a bit now. sorry, citadel! not sure what type of room temp person chooses a credit union.
I have been a customer of Citadel for a long time. This is the only branch I have been, to where the drive-thru atm has so many problems. It seems like every time I go I can't deposit money or take out money. I never have these problems at any of the Citadel locations I go to except this one. I go to a lot of Citadel branches in my travels for example Parkesburg, South Coatesville, Thorndale, Landsdale, West Chester, Montgomeryville, Paoli, Harleysville etc., and have never had a problem. It's very frustrating.
I have been coming to this branch for years, and every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful whenever I need to go in. The 24/7 ATM service, the coin counter, the easy app - 5/5!
