Long time patron of this bank and have nothing but great things to say. Today I had an above and beyond experience with Dale and she was absolutely the kindest and most understanding person. She listens and does everything she can to find an answer and a resolution. My experience her was beyond normal customer service, couldn't say enough.
Amazing representatives who truly go above and beyond. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
I rec'd msg from Citadel that they found attempts to gain access to my account. It was not me, account locked. Was requested to go To bank to unlock account. I did so and was treated with respect and quick resolution.
The people there is so sweet and bubbly. The one who stands out the most is Gabrielle she makes u feel comfortable. Keep up the good work
