Update: Since leaving this review we've been charged another $25 "excessive withdraw fee"! I guess that because I had the nerve to buy a car. Too bad I don't get a "excessive deposit fee" for the $75,500 deposit I made the same month. I can't see any reason to continue banking here. The Citadel Credit Union is big on fees. Make sure you know what they are before doing any transactions. My experience is that they won't tell you beforehand. i.e. There's a $30 charge to wire funds.

Had an amazing experience this morning at Citadel with Joe! I came in to open a checking and savings account and he helped me with everything I need. He also gave me all the great options I had when banking with Citadel. Great customer service, and very quick and polite. He also helped me set up my online banking. I transferred to this bank after having a bad experience with TD, happy to say I will never be going back and I’ll be staying with Citadel.
