The bank is decent however their fees for non-citadel atm is crazy, after 1 free one per month there is a $3.00 "non citadel atm fee" per withdrawal. That is a bit insane. There aren't enough citadel banks or approved ATMS around to justify that fee. I would not recommend based on that alone.

Very friendly staff. Always feel welcomed and service is extremely fast. They make the effort to know you personally and lately they don't even ask me for my ID. Was formerly with a mega bank and don't miss them a bit. I moved all my accounts and mortgage account to Citadel.
I think the staff here is excellent. I've always gotten great service until a few days ago. I was in for routine business and a guy who claimed to be the manager had a very hard time helping me. What should've been a very easy task overwhelmed him. The ladies who usually wait on me are sharp people.
I've been with a big bank since my first job out of college. I wouldn't think of switching until this bank had a recent promotion - I love free money. Once in the bank I encounteted freindly people and I learned it was a credit union owned by members. Over the last several months I've been transitioning away from my big bank. I like a local place becuase the goal is the members of the community. It is a great bank so stop in and say hi!
this bank is the worst. the atm is constantly down at this location and there is not another location close so you end up going to Wawa and getting charged $3 by Citadel even tho it's their fault you couldn't use their atm. if you have any trouble with your account and email them, they do not respond or give you a bs answer that is unhelpful. if you call they just tell you they will call you back and never do. you may some answers if you actually go to the branch. it's absurd how they conduct business and make things di... read more
Wanted to turn cash into a smaller amount they told me no because I didn't have an account. That's a real easy way to lose a potential customer. I decided to go somewhere else.
Don't waste your time with these incompetent employees! I was there for 2 and a half hours to get my portion of a CD left to me by my mother who had just passed away. I was listed as a joint owner and they still gave me a problem stating they could not release the check because the amount was so high. Excuse me? When my nephew, the other joint owner stated that they cannot Not give us a check simply because of the amount and being joint owners, it is already our money, that's when we got the check.
