Just had a great experience with the staff at Limerick Citadel. I had a few system things and user id issues to deal with. There were some snags but my rep pushed on, so as able to get extra help and eventually got my original resolved plus a few other things I had been wanting to get taken care of, like replacing my old worn and tattered credit card! She pushed and pushed into the system but did solve my problem. Thanks so much
