I had to bring my daughter in to get a new debit card. We arrived at 12:15 p.m., and it’s now 1:12 p.m., yet we’re still waiting. This wait time is ridiculous and unacceptable. The branch needs to improve its efficiency and provide better training to staff so customers can be served in a timely manner.
We recently visited Citidel's Kennett Square branch to apply for a business line of credit and Maggie Carrillo could not have been more helpful. She was so easy to work with, answered all of our questions and helped to fill out the application. She is a true gem at Citidel. Thank you Maggie!
customer service is through phone is trash. dont bank here if you live out of state and want to get things done quickly. only reason i have the account open is cuz a banker friend.

the bank is fine ; the ATM not so .... entered a check for deposit and it was accepted ..... entered a check for another account and it was not accepted .... tried several times went to a representative and the transaction (deposit) went through ... was thankful that I went inside to make the deposit not using the outside ATM
