The service was great. We were greeted immediately and directed to the correct person to handle our banking needs.
Absolutely don’t recommend I have paid lawyers to accountants their wants as far as power of attorney I gave them documents months ago the whole purpose of it was cause the guy I care for is bed bound and can’t be mobile !!!! They still refuse to let me handle his affairs as they have said he had to come in and that is not an option !! Been with Citadel for years! The worse bank when it come to handling fraud issues! Basically you are at fault! We have asked for the information they use to deny our claim and we are still waiting . Been 2 months! Don’t use this bank! Go somewhere else!
