I’ve been banking here since 2014 and I must say Mrs. Fish and Lakera were absolutely amazing. They tried to help me with an app issue and though I have to return to finish trying to resolve the issue, these two ladies worked hard and did their absolute best to try to resolve the problem. I love people like this. This is truly the definition of customer service and I appreciate everything these women did for me.

Citadel Credit Union is a fantastic company to do your banking with. They have very "Professional and Courteous" employees whom are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have been doing my banking there, for over 10 years. No need to go anywhere else. They also have Multiple locations. Mark Newcomer 4/29/26

Absolutely don’t recommend I have paid lawyers to accountants their wants as far as power of attorney I gave them documents months ago the whole purpose of it was cause the guy I care for is bed bound and can’t be mobile !!!! They still refuse to let me handle his affairs as they have said he had to come in and that is not an option !! He told them over the phone and video to let me handle everything and yet still will not comply with his wishes ! Been with Citadel for years! The worse bank when it come to handling fraud issues! Basically you are at fault! We have asked for the information they use to deny our claim and we are still waiting . Been 2 months! Don’t use this bank! Go somewhere else!
