Very Positive experience opening a new savings and checking account with Citadel Credit Union. Associates were well verst in product lines being offered, assisted setting up online banking and provided guidance with using ATM services.
Had account open at another branch, moved away and then came to this area. While away, got a new card but for some reason couldn’t use it . Went inside and Delia was amazing! She welcomed us and figured it out why I couldn’t use the card. Got it fixed in the same day and since then have been well received there by her and other staff members at this location or any other location that I go to.
Avoid the Citadel Branch at 2333 Welsh Rd in Lansdale- they are incompetent. I wanted to deposit money into a member’s account and Alpa Patel immediately told me I was unable to, which is a lie. I’ve deposited money into my friend’s account several times at other branches, as well as a few times at this branch.There is a proper protocol that this Citadel branch does not follow in order to complete this extremely simple task. Avoid this branch at all costs.
