I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany, a personal banker, for my car refinancing. She assisted me from 1:30 until 5 o’clock, staying late and even skipping her lunch to make sure everything went smoothly. Tiffany was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she answered all my questions and guided me with hope and confidence. She is truly a shining example of excellence in banking. If there were more than five stars, I would give her far more!

DO NOT USE THE ATM'S If you're going to deposit cash or really anything I just would not use the ATMs go inside. Speak to somebody deposit your cash that way because the machines will take your money and then you have to sit there and figure out how much is yours and I really did not like how my situation was handled. I'm missing $13. It's literally going right back to citadel because it's all the money is going towards my auto loan. I went in to open a joint account with my wife. The customer service was great. Sitora and Jordan were very helpful and answered all our questions! Would highly recommend this bank and branch!
