I went in to open a joint account with my wife. The customer service was great. Sitora and Jordan were very helpful and answered all our questions! Would highly recommend this bank and branch!

Lester Neri is the best! He is an absolute professional. My son and I met with him twice to discuss strategies for building credit and to secure a car loan. He was knowledgeable, patience, accommodating, and through. I accompanied my son to the Montgomery branch for moral support and after our experience with Lester I decided to switch my checking and saving accounts to Citadel. Every business needs an employee like Lester Neri.
Ms. Baker, and the entire management and staff of this branch, really went out of their way to answer my questions and explained everything in a very straightforward and easy to understand manner.
