I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany, a personal banker, for my car refinancing. She assisted me from 1:30 until 5 o’clock, staying late and even skipping her lunch to make sure everything went smoothly. Tiffany was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she answered all my questions and guided me with hope and confidence. She is truly a shining example of excellence in banking. If there were more than five stars, I would give her far more!

Lester Neri is the best! He is an absolute professional. My son and I met with him twice to discuss strategies for building credit and to secure a car loan.
