Ever since Ruthanne left this location, every time we pull up to the drive up ATM it's out of service and not just here the ATM also in the walk up entrance is out of service as well. This is NOT Customer Service!! Plus the fact i am wasting my gas and time to go there, we need a call from customer support services. This has been going on for year's not just weeks or months you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
Used to be good. In the past year, most of the time I go to use the drive-thru ATM or the ATM in the lobby, one or both are out of service. Just now (Sunday) BOTH were out. How are you a credit union & you never have fully functioning ATMs? If Bank hours are essentially when everyone else is working, at the very MINIMUM you should have an ATM that's functional.
I’ve been banking with citadel since I was a teenager, They’re a good bank, they’re helpful & quick. But I do wish they’d give 24 hours before giving a courtesy fee. There’s no reason I should be paying a 33.00 fee when I accidentally used the wrong account despite having the money. Should give time to fix their mistakes instead of giving a fee right away.
Maria was soooo understanding and helpful with my situation. This is the only bank I’ll ever deal with. Phenomenal people and excellent customer service.
Dealing with this branch here in Parks Burg has been nothing but the life they are timely and Holly do things and very very responsible and getting to you with important information about your account hi they recommend I love everyone that Works here
