No complains I have been acid out for as long as I can remember they’ve always had good quality service and I’ve never had an issue. In fact they treated my dogs very well. Every time I came through the drive-through and at one point, they even came out to meet them. They always get a treat and when I lost two of my dogs, they were very sorry to hear that. They asked every time I came through where they were so love this Bank love their service and everything that they have done for me so far.
Ever since Ruthanne left this location, every time we pull up to the drive up ATM it's out of service and not just here the ATM also in the walk up entrance is out of service as well. This is NOT Customer Service!! Plus the fact i am wasting my gas and time to go there, we need a call from customer support services. This has been going on for year's not just weeks or months you should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Citadel's remote pay service almost never works. I've been embarrassed multiple times by undelivered checks. About two months ago, I spent a good hour on the telephone making an official complaint to a very nice woman. I never heard from her again. That's typical of Citadel. The personal touch is what makes most people choose credit unions over banks, but Citadel is doing everything it can to keep customers at arm's length. Citadel reps mollify and do nothing.
