Used to be a 5 star bank, but recently you wait in the drive through lane for a long time before they even start to help you. I think they need to bring on another teller or something. They used to have someone in drive through all the time. Today I waited for 25 minutes!
This place will take your money, the car & ignore their own staff when confronted with an error. They illegally added thousands onto a car loan Refuse to speak to their rep about their screw up Loan is paid off & they still repo the freaking car without letting the police know!!!! 10's of thousands of dollars gone because some company doesn't feel they need to act professionally and in a legitimate manner NEVER NEVER NEVER USE THIS PLACE FOR A LOAN!!!!
Recent member, went into the bank for a HELOC loan, teller was a little rude. Next lady at the desk was nice explaining that I qualify for a 250,000 HELOC. I own my property outright and have credit of 780. During the entire process Citadel led me to believe I would receive a loan. A few weeks later was denied because I have a home business. Bait and switch time suck.
I've gone in twice recently attempting to open a business account and both people I've interacted with were so incredibly rude. Took our business elsewhere.
