I am extremely disappointed with Citadel Credit Union after an incident that never should have happened. I was recently the victim of a crime where my purse was stolen out of my vehicle in Berks County on 02/04/2026. I immediately did everything I was supposed to do: I notified law enforcement, alerted all of my banks, canceled all credit cards, placed fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, and took proactive steps to protect my identity. When I was in the US Army, you had my vehicle repossessed while I was deployed to the Middle East. Even your coordinator who helped return said your company was quick and out of line to do so. This is also against the law by the way— the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA).
