Got sent here by the other lancaster location because their card printer was down. No biggie things happen. Stood in the lobby of this location for fifteen minutes before anyone even acknowledged me! Absolutely crazy. Teaching your tellers to have decent customer service skills would make a huge difference. Than he charged me ten dollars for the card and said we only get two a year; the last card I replaced from citadel was shut down BY citadels fraud department! Awful bank I only open it for da 400 bonus n I was 2 dollars off n a day away from deadline okay not my fault but my account said -388 for 3 months and my credit score got messed up for no reason cuz I entered a deposit same month da should’ve covered it n now is when they fixed!👎🏾n not even a sorry was said .
I had to get a new card but it was tied to the wrong account. I stopped by on the 26th and the employee I was working with said it'd take a while but that he'd call later to confirm. He was true to his word and called around 4pm as promised. Good customer service.

Oh boy! This is a doosey! Do NOT take a loan OR open an account with this horror show! My currant situation… they repossed a car that is paid current because I refused to pay 217 dollars to shut down the repo order that was caused by an error on THEIR end! I even have a signed affidavit stating that the car is paid up because I literally paid the same payments several times as they insist they have no record of payments.
