worked with Chris Blank as my salesperson, and he misrepresented the timeframe for receiving the SPIG rebate. Because of this misinformation, the rebate did not cover the full loan I took from Travis Credit Union for their services, leaving me with $4,500 still owed. After the installation, I began having problems with my electrical system. A+ from start to finish! Every aspect of project went well, all partied delt with were very professional. System is working perfectly, with the power cost being about $10/month. Will pay for itself in about 4 years! Great estimate for amount of panels needed and very competitive pricing too! Highly recommend Citadel.
Citadel did a great job on our roof replacement and solar installation. Cleaned up every day, all the guys were courteous and they were on time!
Citadel was tasked with replacing the roofs in my condo complex. On a daily basis, the trash and debris were not cleaned up properly. Citadel tore off the gutters in the process and did not replace them. Several units have water leaks inside after the roof replacement, and Citadel can't be bothered to send anyone out to inspect or fix the poor work.
