worked with Chris Blank as my salesperson, and he misrepresented the timeframe for receiving the SPIG rebate. Because of this misinformation, the rebate did not cover the full loan I took from Travis Credit Union for their services, leaving me with $4,500 still owed. A+ from start to finish! Every aspect of project went well, all partied delt with were very professional. System is working perfectly, with the power cost being about $10/month. Will pay for itself in about 4 years! Great estimate for amount of panels needed and very competitive pricing too! Highly recommend Citadel.
