After having a very bad experience with another solar company(now out of business), I selected Citadel based on a recommendation from a friend who used them. The entire experience with Citadel was amazing. Starting from the interaction with the sales consultant to the design to the installation, this company was a joy to work with. Bernice has been so kind, helpful and accommodating with scheduling and also with follow up! And the technician TJ was very knowledgeable, he made sure the repair was done properly, even though it was a rainy day. Exceptional customer service from both of these individuals!
Citadel did a great job on our roof replacement and solar installation. Cleaned up every day, all the guys were courteous and they were on time!
Citadel was tasked with replacing the roofs in my condo complex. On a daily basis, the trash and debris were not cleaned up properly. Citadel tore off the gutters in the process and did not replace them. Several units have water leaks inside after the roof replacement, and Citadel can't be bothered to send anyone out to inspect or fix the poor work. Citadel replaced our roofing at Amherst Place Condominiums. Inspection report upon completion showed the work was pathetic. Below they state they didn’t do the work to make their reviews look better . Complete LIARS
