This company is doing a tile roof behind my house in legacy homes in Plumas lake. They are dry cutting roof tiles and blowing the silica dust into our freshly plastered pool. This silica dust is also blowing into our windows and house. I walked over to talk to foreman with his tablet to ask if he could use water when cutting( this is osha law in ca to mitigate silica dust. Contractor should know this). A+ from start to finish! Every aspect of project went well, all partied delt with were very professional. System is working perfectly, with the power cost being about $10/month. Will pay for itself in about 4 years! Great estimate for amount of panels needed and very competitive pricing too! Highly recommend Citadel.
I would not use Citadel ever again. They messed up my electrical system in the house and then made me pay for it to fix it with my own Electrician. They promised a refund from the SPIG program, which didn’t arrive until three months later. I asked them to reimburse me for the interest on the loan that I had incurred for the extra time I spent in the loan and they didn’t bother to respond. Citadel installed a rooftop solar power system They were very timely,did excellent work and smoothly coordinated with SCE and the city inspectors.
Citadel did a great job on our roof replacement and solar installation. Cleaned up every day, all the guys were courteous and they were on time!
