Citadel was tasked with replacing the roofs in my condo complex. On a daily basis, the trash and debris were not cleaned up properly. Citadel tore off the gutters in the process and did not replace them. Several units have water leaks inside after the roof replacement, and Citadel can't be bothered to send anyone out to inspect or fix the poor work. From the beginning of discussing solar with Citadel to the actual signing of a contract this entire process has been flawless. Every aspect was perfect from the design layout, the superfast and professional time frame of the schedulers, installing the solar panels to the authorization from PG&E to go live and the follow up from Citadel Roofing. I have been happy from the beginning to end! Starting with Gideon Richardson who was my first contact. He answered all my questions patiently and I do have lots of questions. And, continued with scheduling for various visits etc. Always proactive and on time. I was nervous on the day of install but they also answered my questions, showed me the parts and how they were going to be installed and connected, and work.
