Citadel did a great job on our solar and batteries system. They were willing to spend time educating me on the various options and costs, and delivered a system that's been operating without fault for 5 years already. They also helped me with filing for available incentives, a fairly complex process. Highly recommend Citadel!

I have gotten solar panels and Tesla Powerwall installed using Citadel. Service support is extremely poor with little to no expertise demonstrated yet on Tesla Powerwall configuration. We have diagnosed many issues post install: monitoring configuration was missing for part of electricity consumption of the house; battery backup usage is sub-optimal even when charged and house draws power from the grid. We recently had our roof redone (per State Farm requirements). We called Citadel, because they installed our battery for our solar a few years back. They removed our solar, redid the roof (beautifully), inspected the solar and reinstalled it. Everything was timely, professional, and the clean up was meticulous. Thank you Citadel. We will recommend you to anyone who is ready to reroof and/or install solar panels.
