Citadel did a great job on our solar and batteries system. They were willing to spend time educating me on the various options and costs, and delivered a system that's been operating without fault for 5 years already. They also helped me with filing for available incentives, a fairly complex process. Highly recommend Citadel!
We recently had our roof redone (per State Farm requirements). We called Citadel, because they installed our battery for our solar a few years back. They removed our solar, redid the roof (beautifully), inspected the solar and reinstalled it. Everything was timely, professional, and the clean up was meticulous. Thank you Citadel. We will recommend you to anyone who is ready to reroof and/or install solar panels.
From the beginning and it's been several years, Citadel has been very easy to work with. There is no pressure. They answer all your questions so you can understand what solar is. Most recent, we contacted Riley Riggs and he was very helpful . We highly recommend Citadel.
Our solar and Tesla batteries have been awesome! No more power outages and our electric bill is so much lower. We have a pool and central air conditioning so we needed it. Citadel took really good care of us.
I would like, once again, to express my high regard for Citadel and their superb technician, R. Crispin. The return visit today, installing a part that just arrived, completed the reason for this visit. Citadel completely backed their equipment, communication and scheduling were excellent (Meghan Kelly Perez), and Mr. Crispen was, again, wonderfully thorough in diagnosing, explaining the nature of, and correcting the problem, which was basically a Wi-Fi connectivity issue.
