Updated review 5/14/2026: After the original review was posted, Mark from management took the matter very seriously. He promptly arranged an experienced technician to inspect the system within the same week. It turns out that the wiring was wrongly connected to the neighbor instead. It was NOT anything related to filter which was mentioned for months previously. We had to replace our 30+ year old roof. We have solar panels. Chris, Kathleen, and everyone at Citadel, made this process as seamless as possible. Re-roofing is expensive, but Citadel offered a price that was competitive and fair. We used Citadel in the past for our battery back up. We are having Citadel install out 220 outlet for our EV car. The entire experience with Citadel was great! From beginning to end it was very positive. Our Sales representative, Chris Blank, was constantly in touch with us and followed up on everything that came up during the project. Every person who worked on the project was very professional and made you feel confident in the company. We really cannot say enough about how well Citadel performed.

I am completely satisfied with Citadel Roofing and Solar. I contacted them in December 2022. They gave me roof and solar cost estimates that were a little higher than some of the other contractors. I was impressed with their planning and professional expertise. They gave me a good discount for two extra solar panels that I ask to be added into the project.
