The entire experience with Citadel was great! From beginning to end it was very positive. Our Sales representative, Chris Blank, was constantly in touch with us and followed up on everything that came up during the project. Every person who worked on the project was very professional and made you feel confident in the company. We really cannot say enough about how well Citadel performed.

We had to replace our 30+ year old roof. We have solar panels. Chris, Kathleen, and everyone at Citadel, made this process as seamless as possible. Re-roofing is expensive, but Citadel offered a price that was competitive and fair. We used Citadel in the past for our battery back up. Thank you everyone at Citadel!

I am completely satisfied with Citadel Roofing and Solar. I contacted them in December 2022. They gave me roof and solar cost estimates that were a little higher than some of the other contractors. I was impressed with their planning and professional expertise. They gave me a good discount for two extra solar panels that I ask to be added into the project. They met their planned February 2023 schedule by doubling the roofing and solar crew sizes to avoid pending rain showers. The system comes with a WiFi link that allows me ... read more
