I have nothing but good things to say about Citadel. I've used them twice. Once last year to put in my solar and a battery, and then again this January to add a second battery. I had the same team come both times led by Hugo. They were excellent both times, and kept me in the loop of what they were doing. I have zero complaints. Also had great support from Brandi at Citadel's office. She was always there to answer any question I might have.
Great all hands on deck experience that left me not having to think about anything at all, which was wonderful. Brandi was amazingly responsive and helpful the entire way. Highly highly recommended. Both Juans did an amazing installation.
I had a wonderful experience with citadel Solar very professional and a very well done job. I would highly recommend them.
No BS, no games, no gimmicks. They did what they said they would and when they said they would do it. I would work with these guys again.
[Update] Upon my 1-star review, Citadel customer specialist manager promptly contacted me to address the issues raised. While I appreciate their efforts in rectifying the situation, I also express the expectation that they continue to enhance their overall customer service standards in the future, aiming to prevent similar situations from arising. So rude and unprofessional from the first person who answers the phone. The worst customer service.
