I recently invested in a solar and battery installation with Citadel Roofing and Solar, and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Citadel Roofing & Solar was amazing to work with and very straight forward which is refreshing these days. Evan Bateman was our sales person, and he was very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured or rushed to make decisions. He answered all our questions and helped us figure out exactly what we needed. Brandi Christian assisted us once we decided to proceed and communicated with us at every step in the process. We had a wonderful experience with Citadel and would highly recommend them!
Shout out to Tiffanie Gulley and Chris Blank!!! Very professional and on point! It started out with Chris working with me to get a solar system that was right and affordable for me. Tiffanie made the paperwork side of it effortless and efficient. It was a little more complex with my extra paperwork needing to get submitted. It was done perfectly and met all my timelines. Thank you citadel, I couldn’t be more pleased!
I have nothing but good things to say about Citadel. I've used them twice. Once last year to put in my solar and a battery, and then again this January to add a second battery. I had the same team come both times led by Hugo. They were excellent both times, and kept me in the loop of what they were doing. I have zero complaints. Also had great support from Brandi at Citadel's office. She was always there to answer any question I might have.
The team at Citadel roofing was a pleasure to work with. From the initial consultation, project planning, permitting, installation and follow up. Special shout out to Ashley who oversaw and kept me informed at every step of the process.
