Excellent service from app to keys! I love Maya and Jeb at City Garden/1200 North Clybourn! Both are extremely nice, as was everyone that I met at the City Garden apartments. Maya is the BEST, she was very quick and thorough in processing my application. What I like the most is that she is upfront, honest, and very considerate of your time. The offices are very professional and friendly, not just during the leasing process. They are still just as kind and quick to answer questions, almost two months after receiving the keys.... read more
Poor Management City Gardens keep changing management every year it seems. Every manager gets worse since Jeb left. Hallway walls and floors stay dirty and apartment floors and ceilings are very thin and squeaky, you can hear everything next door, upstairs,and beyond you. Landscape is nice but doesn't seem to care about the tenants needs and you can only reach the office during certain times and maintenance. Needs more security cameras due to criminal acts on the property.
