The clinic is clean and professional. The front desk staff, hygienist, and dentist were all friendly and helpful. The only thing I wish had been explained better was the extra imaging, such as the panoramic scans of my teeth. It added to the cost, and although I have good insurance coverage, I don’t think it was necessary or provided any useful information about my dental issue which was obvious from the other baseline X-rays and additional ones for root canal that were done. Dr Faisal is great and one of the best dentist in calgary. Staff is amazing and very polite as well. Dr Faisal is very experienced dentist and his services are always great, always provide honest opinion if the service is required or not. Very good customer service.
Got my cleaning and filling done. Amazing staff, everyone is nice and understanding. I was late by 10 minutes but the staff didnt make a fuss about it which was much appreciated. Great hospitality, will go there again soon!
Took my niece to this dentist and they are seriously amazing! Everyone on the team is super friendly and professional, making you feel totally at ease from the moment you walk in. The actual dental work is always top-notch, and they really take the time to explain everything clearly. It did take some convincing to get her there, but she left feeling at ease, with a great smile and a next appointment booked. Highly recommend them!
