We received a very warm welcome; the gentleman was friendly and polite, and he took the time to explain that these keys are guaranteed for life. If they break, jam, or get bent, you just need to keep the receipt and/or a photo of them. And everything is fine. Thank you, sir, for your professionalism and kindness. I brought in a sandal because the sole was coming unglued at the front. At first, I had trouble finding it because it was lost. I came in to have a car key changed, but the person disappeared without warning when I placed my order and stayed away for over 40 minutes. There was no note left on the storefront and no way to contact them, leaving us waiting endlessly with our groceries, including fresh produce. There was no apology, just a curt "I'd better eat lunch" from the cashier. Unacceptable for a business that claims to be open 24/7! I strongly advise against going there.
