I meet Skyy one time and I was very impressed with her. Her honestly compassion and most of all the way that she treats you is very hard to find. To the owners you have a gem in Skyy. She works very hard at what she does. Thank you skyy fpr everything. You are a gift from m god

We have been staying at Clairmont for going on three weeks and it has been the best decision! We toured over 7 apartment complexes in the Raleigh area and immediately fell in love with the layout and spacious rooms/closets. Not to mention their quick response to our minor maintenance request!

So it’s been chilly in my apartment the last few evenings. There is a huge draft and the insulation here is little to non existent I mean paper thin. The response from the office today is to crank up the heat. My response? You paying for it? Crickets. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere. Make sure to ask about noise levels and test it if possible. I can hear everything.
