My 8yo daughter had to have some extractions done and was very anxious and scared. The team was so caring with her and made her as comfortable as possible. The extractions took less than 20 minutes and they made sure to bring me back as soon as they could and took very good care of her while she was in recovery. I appreciate the office for making this a much better experience than it could have been.
The staff were very nice and professional. The wisdom tooth extraction was quick. I made sure and let them know in advance that my daughter was afraid of getting the IV for annestedia and they took extra care to make her comfortable. They gave us detailed instructions for aftercare and even called to check up on us after the procedure. Very professional group I would highly recommend.
All the staff here are great they are polite, kind and very knowledgeable. Wait times are good and the place is very clean. The consult was a breeze and the day of surgery went well. My son was the one who had to get surgery and they did a great job with him. He was very nervous and they made him feel as comfortable as he was able. I truly can’t thank Dr. Holmes and his team enough! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The entire staff was kind, reassuring, and made my daughter feel completely comfortable. The procedure itself was so fast much quicker than I expected! I was also amazed at how well the anesthesia was handled. I’ve seen family members come out of wisdom teeth surgery talking out the side of their head, but my daughter was calm, clear, and alert. From pre-op to post-op, the staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent care for my son. We felt well-informed and supported throughout the entire process. We truly appreciate the level of attention and compassion shown.
