My 17 year old son had his wisdom teeth removed a few days ago and we had a great experience. The front office staff were mostly friendly, the girl who helped us get set up for the quick consultation right before the surgery (Amber, I believe?) was very nice and helpful and Dr. Smith even came in and introduced himself before they got started. So happy with the services I received today for my son. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They tended to our needs and answered questions. I was nervous about my son getting his extractions but they did an amazing job and recovery went well thanks to Dr. Smith and his team.
We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Smith’s office! His entire team was exceptional. Amber and Alyssa were incredibly helpful over the phone and Cheryl was amazing in the office. She did a great job of making my terrified teen feel comfortable. And the surgery was a breeze! Dr. Smith was attentive, efficient and approachable. He and his team are the best in the game and I won’t trust my family with anyone else! Highly recommend!
Everyone was very nice and very concerned with my comfort throughout the procedure. Very little pain. After a second visit everything was just as great as before. Everyone is very professional and they work together like a well oiled machine. If you need oral surgery you should come here!!
My daughter had a quick and easy experience when she had all 4 wisdom teeth removed earlier this year. We only waited a few minutes before they took her back and asked me to pull around back. Then it wasn't long before they were walking her out to the car. She had the normal amount of pain immediately after, but the incisions healed properly and quickly. They called me the next day to follow up and make sure she was doing well. I recommend this facility for your oral surgery needs.
