My 17 year old son had his wisdom teeth removed a few days ago and we had a great experience. The front office staff were mostly friendly, the girl who helped us get set up for the quick consultation right before the surgery (Amber, I believe?) was very nice and helpful and Dr. Smith even came in and introduced himself before they got started. The staff and nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Smith put my son at ease with the procedure. The next day, the office called to check on him. The practice is great and we would use Dr. Smith again!
My younger daughter just had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Holmes at Gardendale office. My older daughter had hers removed 2 years ago by Dr. Holmes at the Trussville office. Both surgeries went great and we had a wonderful experience both times. Dr. Holmes and staff were great and informative. Thanks for an easy experience.
So happy with the services I received today for my son. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They tended to our needs and answered questions. I was nervous about my son getting his extractions but they did an amazing job and recovery went well thanks to Dr. Smith and his team.
