Quiet with great location Very affordable apartment community in White River Township. It is very close to grocery and all the restaurants on 135. The new Kroger is just few minutes away. Safe area. Quiet neighborhood. Maintenance acts in very timely manner with requests. The floor plan is nice here. I like my vaulted ceiling and having my own front porch. Washer and dryer in the units in a definite plus! Very affordable yet in a nice, safe neighborhood.
Excellent complex I have been a resident of Clary crossing apartments for a year and a half and I absolutely love it here. The office staff is awesome and very knowledgeable and helpful the community is very clean and we'll kept the amenities are great and I love the fact that the rent prices here are way cheaper than any other complex in this area
Quiet friendly neighborhood Very quiet and friendly as well as staff! Great location and is walking distance to community south pavilion. 5-10 minute travel to near by Walmart is a plus as well as a 2 minute drive to Kroger. Very affordable apartments!
I've found my home! Really excited to be able to live in Clary Crossing Apartments. Not only is it close to everywhere I need to be, it HAS everything I need! The amenities are wonderful, but the staff is even better. I have lived in many apartment complexes... and the company that owns these is running an amazing establishment!
Beautiful Community and Nice Location I wanted to move to the Greenwood area and am really happy to have chosen these apartments. The location is good but what's even better is how nice everyone is. The staff made the process smooth and easy. They've been friendly and have taken care of everything so well. I am impressed with the recreational facilities they offer and the organized activities they have.
Lots of space Jus moved in an loving all the space! The office staff was so warm and helpful. I’m recommending to my friends for sure.
