After Shawn/Dennis finished the deck at my house we have a video of the water coming inside the home during a rainstorm. We called, he came to fix the issue...another rain, more leaking inside the home. We call, he comes out again and drills "pee" holes as a solution, but since these holes were drilled so close to the home, water is now coming in at the top still, as well as, at the foundation. We call again and the end result was this company not being able to fix the water coming into our home- they actually made it worse ... read more

We are very happy with the remodel done by Classic Designs. We added a timbered front porch and covered our rear deck. They also popped the roof of a front bedroom and redid our sunroom. The house functions so much better and feels like a joyful retreat even though the footprint is the same. We had architectural plans and Shawn's team executed them wonderfully.

Have known Classic Designs and Shawn Miller for over 15yrs. Can honestly say Classic Designs is a top notch construction company for the Greater Denver Front Range Area, building exquisite structures for home or businesses. You will absolutely love the new deck and/or roof cover from Classic Designs!
