A very good clinic with friendly and helpful staff. Counter ladies are very kind and welcoming and so is medical assistant Viviana so is so sweet and helpful with us patients. Dr. Rodriguez is so knowledgeable and friendly when treating patients. The new doctor Sarah Hassan is very kind as well helpful with patients. Overall a very welcoming place for everyday healthcare.
Extremely concerning experience. I left this clinic with serious doubts about the professionalism, structure, and integrity of the care being delivered. Most troubling was the strong impression that medical decisions were being influenced — if not effectively directed — by a very young male staff member, rather than clearly by the nurse practitioner responsible for the visit. Very disappointing experience and poor quality of care. I found the nurse practitioner dismissive, condescending, and lacking both empathy and professionalism. My concerns, including questioning a blood pressure reading, were brushed aside rather than properly addressed. What was most troubling was not simply disagreement over treatment, but the lack of clinical judgment, poor communication, and the feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously. They were very professional. Were able to see me right when we scheduled. I expressed some anxiety when getting my blood drawn and they made sure I was at ease the entire time.
My first time visit with my doctor Sara Hassan Youssef and she was incredibly nice and helpful. The staff was also very approachable and easy going!
