Claudia is great, but just make sure you don't do a Zoom session, as we have fought and fought with this program that they use. I changed from Firefox to Chrome and it still doesn't work right
She is able to clear my mind and I am able to self-reflect on the conflicts that I face every time I see her! I would highly recommend her.
