We hired this company to mitigate our house after natural flooding effected us. Aiden was our main technician and from day one they were unprofessional, rude and had a bad attitude, did not greet us when they first arrived, didn't explain the process or what they would be doing to our house and answered our questions very vaguely. Our home flooded in November 2022 while we were in California. Blaine, Kayla, Carlos, Gus, and Jaime did a great job mitigating the damage. They assisted in packing up our home, and were extremely careful in handling our very delicate valuables. They installed materials to protect our stairs, floors, and when cutting drywall cleaned the dust and controlled the mess in our home. We had quite the mold damage in our kitchen and laundry room, Jamie, Miguel and Josh were here on time started right away. Howard and the rest of the crew at the Cleaner Guys did a phenomenal job taking care of our unexpected water leak at our house. Howard was incredibly professional, communicative, polite, and kept his work space in our house super tidy (which is a hard task for demo in my opinion).
