Idk what's up w/ the reviews of rude workers bc these women (Maritza and Lucila) were extremely warm, welcoming and helpful (Spanish isn't my native language so before people say they're only nice to fellow Latinx people, bc I'm Chinese). Let me preface this by saying that laundry gives me anxiety (all the steps of doing it plus worrying whether or not there will be washers, dryers, carts and folding tables when I need them). Since CleanFresh opened their immaculate, modern laundromat in Yonkers me and my family would drive there from Manhattan every 2 weeks to use their facility. While driving in my neighborhood I notice a new CleanFresh. Best part of the story the owner dropped in while I washing my clothes.....and lo and behold its the same cool dude who owns the Yonkers store. Same immaculate,modern and spacious vibe. A jewel to our community.
Been coming here for a long while now. The dryers are getting worse and worse. Did 2 semi filled small washers with basics (no thick clothing) and split into 4 dryers. 40 minutes “drying” and realized they’re still damp. Not the first time I’ve had this issue and had to go to another laundromat to finish drying my 2 small loads. If you plan to come here, allow to be there AT LEAST 2 hours even for the lightest of loads. Smh
I went to the Washington Heights facility last week and it truly was the best laundry experience ever! Everything was super clean, very quiet and peaceful, lots of machine sizes, easy to use, the prices were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I live in the Bronx and rather travel there than go locally. Totally worth it!
This laundromat is a gem - clean, modern and provides excellent service. I highly recommend CleanFresh!
