Check in was a breeze, I actually did not check in. The receptionist was busy with a customer transaction so I took a seat to wait to speak with her. I was called back in moments, maybe a couple of minutes. The nurse was exceptionally kind and jovial. I received my instructions on changing into the exam gown. The PA enters, I had not seen him in the past. He was proper in his questions and paying special attention to skin blemishes I had noticed over the past months. Clayton was calm and polite when observing my issues. He contacted his supervisor and followed the protocol he was given. I felt bad for the mess my problem made & was made to feel ok about that. Very professional and kind. He asked the right questions and made a plan. He had other patients to see but finished with my appointment before going to the next. I was very upset with my problem and he and his assistant made me feel calm with the way I was treated.
Everyone has done a great job with everything that they’ve done for me. Every visit has been stellar. This visit was no different. Everyone is extremely nice and the work they do is above top quality. Thank you all.
I felt welcomed and cared for throughout the whole process. Clayton Wilkerson took the time to explain the issues and answer all of my questions. He gave a very thorough exam and made me comfortable with the future steps ahead for me. Very personable; very knowledgeable. 10 out of 10 recommend. Don’t wait!
The staff are so caring. It was a pleasure to find such great providers. David was a wealth of information and knowledge.
