From the moment I checked in to Clear Creek Dermatology it was more than obvious I was in the hands of talented professionals well versed in overall patient care. After a very short wait time, I was seen, heard and with great care, not at all rushed. The "derma trivia" questions were both fun and informative. These folks love what they do and it shows!
The ladies at Clear Creek in Fredericksburg were extremely cordial and professional during my visit there. Wondering if I had potential spots of skin cancer, after a thorough checking over assuring me it wasn't she removed several skin tags that have been bothering me for years. She knew all of the different forms of skin blemishes, then explain them to me well. I would have no qualms, returning and recommend it for anyone needing skincare.
Staff very professional and friendly. Jaquelynn Anderson is an amazing dermatologist. She took a lot of time doing a thorough exam and provided helpful information. Highly recommend!
Two of my family members as well as myself I’ve been treated at this clinic. They are absolutely phenomenal. Wonderful people super comfortable with all of the personnel, including the doctors two thumbs up.
I scheduled an appointment online, the process was super easy! I was able to get an appt. the next day! I saw Jaquelynn Anderson, PA, she was super attentive and gave me great options to help me with my acne concerns. From scheduling, checking in, being pulled back by their MA, to seeing the provider - great service!
