I have been seen and treated at two different locations. The staff at both were kind and informative, I highly recommend them. The "Call Center" that Clear Creek Dermatology uses is horrible and it is recognized by much of the staff as being horrible based on the complaints of their customers. If I had been exposed to the Call Center prior to my first appointment, I would not be a patient/customer of Clear Creek Dermatology.

Very nice office. Friendly staff. Doctor David Smith was polite and to the point. He addressed all my concerns promptly and efficiently.

My experience at Clear Creek was excellent. The staff was professional, helpful, and kind. I appreciate that I can be seen at multiple locations. I will definitely recommend to all of my family and friends. Thank you Clear Creek!!

Highly recommend PA David Smith. Kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Receptionist Hunter is welcoming and warm… She is ones first impression of the office and she does it well.

Clayton was calm and polite when observing my issues. He contacted his supervisor and followed the protocol he was given. I felt bad for the mess my problem made & was made to feel ok about that. Very professional and kind. He asked the right questions and made a plan. He had other patients to see but finished with my appointment before going to the next. I was very upset with my problem and he and his assistant made me feel calm with the way I was treated.
