Clayton is amazing and helped me with my issue! He is friendly and really cares about his patients and their treatment. They are having a free skin cancer screening in May, it’s so nice that they are giving back to the community. Definitely would recommend Clear Creek to anyone!!
Eva was wonderfully warm and welcoming on arrival. PA-C S.David Smith was great, very knowledgeable and reassuring. He took the time to discuss all of our concerns. McKenna, his right hand completed our positive experience with incredible kindness. We will definitely return and highly recommend.
It started out great when we first started as a new patient but the staff and treatment has really gone down hill. The staff are never the same, they never know what is going on. They constantly ask the same questions over and over and treatment times are shorter and shorter but the charges are always the same. 5-10 minute visit is charged for 20-25. We will be looking for somewhere new.
Was very impressed with the staff Carlton (PA) very professional, very welcoming to the practice as a new patient and was able to put my concerns at ease. From the front desk to the examining room all were very nice. Left with a good feeling that I chose correctly when deciding on a Dermatology Facility.
Dr. Smith and his staff are amazing, a fabulous experience from making my appointment to the visit. He took great care of my mom and now started going too, if I could give more stars I would.
