My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ransdell for several years. We have seen him at all 3 of his convenient locations. He is always easy to talk to and always takes the opportunity to teach and answer all your questions. It’s a blessing to have him and his awesome staff in our area.
Dr. Olivia Chen of Clear Creek Dermatology in Marble Falls was spectacular. I went in to share my questions / concerns on a upcoming procedure. She was welcoming, assuring and caring. She listened to all my questions and answered every one as they were being brought up. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to end my questions. I walked out knowing I would be in good hands. What a great feeling. I give her 10 stars. She embodies true patient care !!
Dr. Chen is/was great! But, communication with anyone else at this clinic was a nightmare. From phones not being answered, to the patient portal system not working, to not getting any responses when I WAS able to leave messages, and having to go TO the clinic in order to talk to someone face to face, more than once... So clean facility friendly staff easy to get an appointment. I was really happy. It was my first visit and I’m very pleased with the outcome would recommend.
I really like Clear Creek Dermatology! I think I’m known as a “frequent flyer” at Clear Creek, someone who is there at least a half dozen times or more per year. Given my past decades of sun worshipping, I am now paying the price. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming, wait times are minimal and the doctors/physician assistants and nurses are excellent.
