Excellent staff, physician & medical assistants, doctors, facilities, and patient-oriented service. Very kind and professional David and Janet answer all my questions I appreciate the great care I have received at Clear Creek and highly recommend them
I received excellent care in all aspects of my visit. David and his medical assistants are efficient, competent, well educated in their specialties, and, most of all, kind to the patient. Rebecca and Faith are welcoming, knowledgeable, and most importantly, kind and courteous. Thank you to all. You made me feel like I am your only customer!
This is a great dermatology practice. From the office staff to the medical assistants and providers, everyone was professional and courteous. PA David Smith is kind and takes his time addressing all concerns. Never makes you feel like he is rushing. Dr. Ransdell is thorough in his assessments and brings lots of experience and knowledge to the table. Dr. Chen is very efficient and effortlessly flows through procedures while maximizing comfort. Overall great team. 5-stars. Highly recommend everyone get their skin checks here!
As always, my visit to Clear Creek Dermatology was great! I was greeted with smiles and kindness by Faith and Katie! Jeanette ushered me back to the patient room, I met Dave Smith, PA-C and he gave me a thorough skin exam and took care of spots that needed to be taken care of! We discussed some of my skin issues and Dave assured me that if I have any questions later, to call the office and he will be glad to answer them for me.
