I brought my family here for minor skin concerns. We had 4 patients in total. They brought us all in and back to the exam room at the same time which I love!! David took his time and looked over all our concerns throughly. He was well versed in melanated skin (which normally I wouldn’t mention but living in an area where the lack of knowledge still ensues… KUDOS to you!) and knew exactly what was going on, explained how it occurs and what preventative measures we can take during the seasons to help. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ransdell for several years. We have seen him at all 3 of his convenient locations. He is always easy to talk to and always takes the opportunity to teach and answer all your questions. It’s a blessing to have him and his awesome staff in our area.
Clear Creek Dermatology is amazing! The staff is always friendly and polite. They are on time and efficient. The providers are also friendly, communicate well, are knowledgeable and make you feel very comfortable. I’ve never had a bad experience there. I would recommend Clear Creek Dermatology to anyone!
Dr. Chen is/was great! But, communication with anyone else at this clinic was a nightmare. From phones not being answered, to the patient portal system not working, to not getting any responses when I WAS able to leave messages, and having to go TO the clinic in order to talk to someone face to face, more than once... I really like Clear Creek Dermatology! I think I’m known as a “frequent flyer” at Clear Creek, someone who is there at least a half dozen times or more per year. Given my past decades of sun worshipping, I am now paying the price. The front desk is always friendly and welcoming, wait times are minimal and the doctors/physician assistants and nurses are excellent.
