Initially communication was very inconsistent and confusing. The process has been very arduous. To be fair, a little of blame on both sides. That being said, the current front desk, consisting of Grace and Tiffany, has been stellar, very customer centric. Dr Jain is very personable, and is working to rectify our previous misunderstandings and I am now looking forward to future Dental procedures. I will update my review as I have follow up appts.

I feel so lucky to find Clearchoice, I was running out of options, the last dentist I saw told me I have to "fix my bite before he can treat my pain"???? What? Dentists don't recommend places like this at all, hey thinking about the money. If I didn't find Clearchoice I would still be in pain, still be making appointment after appointment every week for the next 20 years and money they charge you for root canals after another for individual implants after another, just making the appointments are incredibly expensive, the ti... read more

I went to Clear Choice in Rockville and I had a great experience with the staff. I did not get the implants, but Dr Lauren Jain gave me an alternative. She was very nice and professional, treated my infection and will be having my bridges/denture very soon. She personally called me a day after my extractions to check on me. Thank you Dr Jain and Shagufa Azad who made me comfortable going through my medical review. You are great Joseph Nti

*I went a year ago and wanted to wait to review and forgot* I don't understand the poor reviews. It has been over a year since I was at clearchoice in Rockville and my experiences there were the best I've ever had at any doctors office!! My friends say my whole charisma and charm have been uplifted (they don't know, since my new updated smile), and my implants have changed my life!! My husband began his dental health journey in November of '21. We knew it would be a long process. It was kind of a miracle they could perform the implant surgery at all. But today a wonderful, skilled young woman named Josseline installed the permanent lower teeth. She had a lot of fine, detailed work to do and she accomplished it beautifully. The most recent review posted is a very negative one from me. I was very upset that the person who was supposed to be on call was not returning my after hours calls over the space of 3 scary hours, and I was very angry and worried. I need to amend this review. the work on my teeth is complete and they look absolutely wonderful. I was hesitant about getting my mouth fixed because of the cost but Farzi worked with me and I was able to to get my great looking teeth. About to get my permanent. Everyone who works there are awesome and treats you very well. Dr. McPherson is awesome. Just love her personality. If you are thinking about getting your beautiful smile, please don't hesitate because it's worth every penny. I am a living proof of the now happy person. Will miss them when my permanent is in.

I went to Clear Choice in Rockville to done my teeth in 3 years ago and my teeth had been done for both upper and lower teeth at the same time. I agree with all the comments in yelp. They charged very very expensive from $40k-$45k as buying a new Lexus car, but they had all the new technology and machine to do at their location.
