When you get to be my age you have likely been seen by several different dental practices throughout your life. So when I tell you that Clear Choice is by far the absolute best you will ever find I mean it! The Doctors are amazing. In addition to their extensive knowledge & experience they treat you like you are their only patient. When deciding on implants you have to do your research to get a complete under standing of what all it in tells. And even with that It can still be very overwhelming. I have dentist anxiety so I make sure to let the doctor know. At Clear Choice they eased my anxiety and was patient with me. The Jacksonville staff was very professional,knowledgeable and very responsive to any questions I had regarding the process. I don't know her title maybe the office manager. My mom just had her big surgery here. She was a bit of a complicated case, but Dr. Saffa and his team are competent and efficient. They made my mom feel confident in the investment of her health and smile, and I felt good knowing they would take care of her. They made everything easy to understand. Serena was on top of things! She was an absolute sweetheart and a capable professional. I’m so glad she was on our team. She made sure we were comfortable on a hard day. I’m so grateful for them all.
My brother came in for dental implant surgery, and he was so anxious we almost backed out. But then we met Serena the sweetest, most comforting young lady who truly changed the whole experience. She sat with him, answered every question, and stayed by his side until he felt safe enough to go back. You can tell she loves what she does and genuinely cares. People like her are rare.I haven’t met anyone like her our visit couldn’t have been any better I’ll be recommending this place to everyone!
I can’t say enough positive things about this group!!! From the front counter (what a smile) to George he is personal and takes pride in what he does( and a great name) and the Doc’s!!! Wow when they take the time to tell you we need to redo this and they are truly not happy with the situation and want to make everything perfect!! Which means a-lot to me.
