Terrible experience. I would give zero stars if I could. Everyone here giving 1 star reviews should make sure to go to the website and do the same. I was told I would have corrections if I was not satisfied, that never happened. I was treated like I was the problem and I was the only one who complained. This was the worst experience of my entire life . I had a full bottom implant done .they were paid in advance for the entire procedure.once a $23,000 check was given I was treated like crap . my implants are uncomfortable and do not look natural. Anytime I said something they said give it time . But what really made it the worst was being slapped in the face during the surgery because I was falling asleep.due to the medication they prescribed and instructed to take before the procedure.

I went in for a consultation please be aware of this company. I was thinking about doing the inplant so paid 1000.00 for a exam but changed my mind. They were trying to get me to take out loans and max out my credit cards which was not a wise thing to do. I canceled the appointment and asked for my 1,000.00 that they were holding to be refunde. Over $30,00.00 paid, and going on 7 MONTHS, and still NO permanent teeth. Delays were not due to anything Covid. They ignored 32 left messages, one from an ER doctor because the huge temp upper mouth piece had cut into the roof of my mouth and caused an infection. 8th appointment is in 2 weeks. Do not think I will be getting my permanent teeth then either. The list of excuses, and reasons for the delays is endless, but they all end with the same line.... We are sorry, we dropped the ball.
