I am so thankful for Crystal at the front desk. She always goes above and beyond for me when I have any issues by getting me scheduled sooner than later. 3 times the Clear Choice center in Newnan have denied service to my husband who is a veteran after Community Services with veterans affairs has scheduled appointments with them At a specific time. They claimed his appointments were changed and he was notified when he was not. They also made the statement they have to put their other patients before VA patient. Extremely Traumatic Experience and Poor Resolution Process In May 2025, my mother underwent full dental implant surgery with Dr. Jay Patel at ClearChoice Newnan. During the procedure, a screw was dislodged and swallowed, later found lodged in her lungs via chest x-ray at the ER. I went in to get a quote for implants and possibly a bridge. The office was nice and the process was fairly quick. I told them I needed 2 implants because I thought still had a broken tooth in my bottom right quadrant. They quoted be almost 14k for 2 implants and a bridge with a fake tooth for the one they planned to pull. I was ready to do the financing and start the process, when I remembered the tooth in my bottom right quadrant had already been pulled so I didn't need that implant.
