They really need to work on their time management. I had an appointment at 1:30p and am still sitting here at 2:35p. Someone keeps saying I'll let them know you're ready. Do ya think? I'm paying entirely tooo much for this type of service. Oh and when I tried to wash my hands, the water didn't work. Hopefully my Review will change in a couple of months, but probably not. The woman that did my consultation was very nice, so this review is more about the company itself than anything. I went to a consultation that took about an hour to complete, most of it being a tour of the facility, some Q and A, and a pretty lengthy video they have you watch that actually kinda scares the crap out of you and pretty much tells you having bad teeth leads to a shorter life. I can't say enough about the staff and everyone involved in this process. Always so nice, professional and anytime I've had an issue or concern they've been on top of it. I have the best smile of my life and get compliments daily. The confidence they restored in me is worth every penny. I definitely recommend Clear Choice of Newnan to anyone!
Simone, the educational specialist was very professional and personable. She put me at ease from the first moment and explained everything in detail including a tour of the facility. I met with Dr. Ortega as she explained my Dx. and options. We put together a plan and even started the pre-treatment process the same day as my consultation. I look forward to having a new smile in the near future.
The staff are awesome ! You are greeted by Shea who is the most amazing person to be the first to see coming into the office. Always smiling, friendly and willing to help with anything you need. Jasmine, Amber & Krystal are talented ladies at all they do to make the visit comfortable and help ease your anxiety. Dr. Ortega is wonderful! She wants your smile to be perfect and goes above and beyond to make sure it is. Love everyone here, they are a great group to see 👍
